How to Make Tuna Mornay

Tuna Mornay is a tremendously frugal dinner and tasty too!  You can substitute the tuna for salmon if you aren’t a tuna fan!  Best of all you can feed a family of four for under $10!

Tuna Mornay can be ‘bulked up’ with loads of cooked brown rice or pasta and served with a salad to make it a healthy and cheap weeknight dinner for the whole family.
