Smoothies are so easy to whip up and take on the go! This mango smoothie is creamy and coconutty and packed with oats to keep you full throughout the day. Its super tasty and full of flavour, don’t forget too add some yoghurt or vanilla extract for an extra kick of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk


Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add some yoghurt or vanilla for taste!
